THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada requests the Government of Canada to allow the necessary funds so that young girls could take university courses similar to those offered in the military colleges and so that they could obtain University degrees in order to work in under developed countries or isolated areas for a certain period and in a definite service.
