THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Federation encourage the Clubs in each Province of Canada to establish a yearly scholarship to be granted to an Eskimo, Indian or Metis Girl and to assist her in preparing the education or vocational training necessary to enable her to take her rightful place as a Canadian citizen.
