THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada urges the Federal Government to enhance the process of achieving economic parity between males and females, to allow Refundable Tax Credits for the following three credits in addition to any deductions which the firms may also be entitled to for related expenses:On-the-job training program for women in non-traditional occupations, andA credit for every percentage point by which the employer�s average relative rate of pay for females versus males is below the national average relative rate.A debit for every percentage point by which the employer�s average relative rate of pay for females versus males exceeds the national average rate.
