THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada petition the Federal Government and urges the Provincial Organizations to petition their respective Provincial Governments and Local Governments to undertake an advertising program to inform about the programs to deal with illiteracy where appropriate: SUGGESTIONS: a) Advertising via television at 649 Lottery times; and b) Through school videos.
