THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Federation be urged to give leadership to its member Clubs by providing an extensive educational program: a) to alert, promote and encourage women to apply for an to assume civic, provincial and federal positions of responsibility; b) to alert and educate women to scrutinize the practices of promotion in the Civil Service and business fields; and c) to alert women to secure for themselves equal opportunities for promotion at all times.
