Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value – 1980

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT a delegation from BPW Canada requests a meeting with Gordon Fairweather, Chief Commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission, and Rita Cadieux, Deputy Chief Commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission to express our concern regarding their recent decisions under the federal equal pay for work of equal value legislation.
