THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all National Federations and Associated Clubs be required to register with the Head Office of BPW International the dates of all National Conventions and Annual Meetings within sixty (60) days of fixing such dates; andFURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW International be requested to establish the dates of the Congresses and Board Meetings at least six (6) years in advance.
