THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT this meeting go on record as desiring an investigation of the situation as it affects these contributors, and to this end, the President appoint a committee of five (5) to study the Act and gather information from which to prepare a report of its findings, such report to be made the basis of the memorandum for presentation to the Minster of Labour.
