THEREFORE BPW CANADA commends the Heart & Stroke Foundations and Chatelaine Magazine for the initiatives in recognizing that women experience or present some health problems differently from men, and that this information needs to be widely publicized among women.FURTHER BPW CANADA commends the Heart & Stroke Foundations and the Pharmaceutical Manufactures’ Association of Canada for their initiatives in recognizing that women experience or present some health problems differently than men.FURTHER BPW CANADA commends the Minister of Health and Health Canada for the rule mandating the inclusion of women in clinical testing of pharmaceuticals.FURTHER BPW CANADA urges the Minister of Health, the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada and the Pharmaceutical Manufactures’ Association of Canada to take a prominent role in bringing these gender differences to the attention of Canadian women.
