THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada petitions the Federal Government to have a special Act passed detaching the clauses relating to the Blind from the Old Age Pension Act; andFURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT we petition the Federal Government to have a special Act relating to the Blind and apart from the Old Age Pension Act.
