THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada urges the Federal Government to implement the intent of Recommendation No. 30 in the Report of the Royal Commission on the Status of Women; andTHAT secretaries then be classified on the concept of qualificationsill and responsibility, rather than the traditional practice of rating them according to the position of their bosses.
