THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that BPW Canada urges Status of Women Canada to work with the Department of Justice to empower by law any person who is offended, whether a member of a designated group (specific cultural or ethnic community) or not, with the right to lodge an official complaint with the Canadian Radio and Television Commission (CRTC).
