THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we, the members of the Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, request that the Criminal Code be clarified and amended by strengthening Sections 322 and 369 in order to prohibit the offering of stamps, premiums and other prizes.
