THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada urges the Government of Canada to amend the Criminal Code S.163 as set forth in the source document presented to the Government of Canada by the Toronto Committee Against Pornography (CAP), as well as by other groups including a working group convened by the National Council of Women of Canada.
