THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT a petition be allowed to circulate during the Winnipeg Convention so that both club delegates and observers may be allowed to sign urging our sister BPW/USA Clubs to retain their membership in IFBPW and not to withdraw, and that this petition be sent to Pat Taylor in time for the Minneapolis Convention, July 20, 1992.
