THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs request the Government of Canada to delete Old Age Security Tax (4% of taxable income) from the income tax returns of those persons receiving said pension whose income, before basic deductions, does not exceed $4,000.00.
