THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada urges the Federal Government of Canada to abolish the offence grounds for divorce and develop new and more appropriate procedure for the dissolution of an unsuccessful marriage as recommended by the Law Reform Commission of Canada.
