THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Convention recommend $15 per week, or $780 per year, be allowed as the minimum wage, free of taxation, for the factory and clerical employee.(Referred to Provincial Vice-Presidents for study in their Provinces and referral to Provincial Governments.)
