THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada strongly recommends that the Government of Canada amend the Judges Act to allow the Canadian Judicial Council to reprimand, fine or caution judges who do not conduct themselves in an impartial, unbiased and humane manner.
