THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs inform the representatives of the Government of Canada to the United Nations of its interest in the establishment of an International Corps of Volunteers, and of its belief that provisions under which such a Corps may be established should recognize the contribution which can be made by qualified business and professional women and should include equal opportunity for recruitment and retraining of women and the participation of specialized nongovernmental organizations.
