THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada urges the Government of Canada to make DNA testing compulsory for all suspects of violent crimes.FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada urges the Government of Canada to establish a national data bank of DNA from all those charged and/or convicted of sexual offenses to help identify serial offenders.
