THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs request the Government of Canada to amend the Income Tax Act to allow a man or a woman left alone with a child or children to deduct a live-out housekeeper’s wages or other outside help as a legitimate expense for either part-time or full-time employment.
