THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada requests the federal government to amend benefit clauses to survivors under the Canada Pension Plan so as to decree the refund of contributions to survivors, namely the dependants recognized under the federal Income Tax Act, and should there be no dependants that refund be made to the estate of the deceased contributors of the total amount invested under the Canada Pension Plan.
