Amend Federal Femal Employees’ Equal Pay Act – 1962

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada again petitions the Government of Canada to amend the Federal Female Employees’ Equal Pay Act in its operative section by substituting the words work of comparable character done in the same establishment” for the present words “identical or substantially identical work”.”
