THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Federation begin a project to aid women 35 years of age and over to obtain and keep employment as long as they are capable and wish to continue; and that the Employment Conditions Committee study the question of establishing projects to aid older women workers and that the Committee make a report to the National Board.
