Program Overview

The 50th BPW Canada Biennial Convention will bring together members from across the country for four days of business sessions, leadership development, and inspiring dialogue on the advancement of women in Canada. The program combines governance, advocacy, and professional development with meaningful opportunities for networking and celebration.

Thursday – Arrival & Connection

  • Convention Registration
  • Emerging Leaders (Under 35 / YBPW) networking event
  • BPW Canada Pre-Convention (Board members only)
  • Opening Reception: Willows Restaurant on Wascana Lake

Friday – Governance & Skills Building

  • Breakfast: Hot Buffet
  • Business Session
  • Workshop: Club Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Reach (Best Practices Panel)
  • Luncheon: Speaker – Darci Lang
  • Business Session
  • Workshop:  Speaker – Erin Davis (Growing Your Club)
  • Evening Event: The Key to the City Adventure

Saturday – Leadership & Advocacy

  • Breakfast: Hot Buffet
  • Business Session
  • Workshop: Event Topics and Funding Excellence
  • Luncheon: Speaker Panel – Women on Corporate Boards
  • Key Topic Update: Reproductive Rights and Justice
  • Elections and Speeches for 2026-2028 BPW Canada Board Members
  • Gala Dinner: Speaker –  Lisa Peters

Sunday – Future Direction

  • Breakfast: Hot Buffet
  • Business Session
  • Key Topic Update: Human Trafficking
  • Member Town Hall Discussion
  • Installation of the New Board of BPW Canada
  • Closing Pink Tea Luncheon: Speaker Panel – Women in Politics
  • Post-Convention BPW Canada Board Meeting (outgoing and incoming board members)
  • Post-Convention Trip to Moose Jaw

Choose your adventure! Visit museums, The Temple Gardens Mineral Spa, Yvette Moore Art Gallery, Tunnels of Moose Jaw and more.
We are providing transport from the hotel to two locations in Moose Jaw:

  • Uptown: Western Development Museum and the Burrowing Owl Interpretative Centre
  • Downtown: Temple Gardens Mineral Spa, Yvette Moore Art Gallery, Casino Moose Jaw, Tunnels of Moose Jaw

Transport cost: $15 per person, each way. Open to convention attendees and guests.
