THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada considers and gives support to a Model Funeral Act, written by Professor William Neilson, specialist in Consumer Law; andTHAT through its Provincial Organizations it urges the adoption of the Act into the legislation of all provinces in Canada to guarantee consumer protection in all funeral products and services.
