Publicize Pension Splitting – 1982

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada urges the Government of Canada to give publicity by way of mass media campaigns to the possibility of splitting the Canada Pension Credits between spouses upon divorce, thus encouraging women and men to make application to the administration of the Canada Pension Plan for a share of the Canada Pension credits of the married couple.
