THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada requests the Government of Canada to direct the Department of Manpower and Immigration to expand and improve the vocation and counseling services with qualified personnel to deal with the intricate problems of middle-aged women entering or re-entering the labour force.
