THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada urges the Government of Canada and its agencies to continue to develop and endorse a program which will encourage women to participate in the start-up of small businesses, with specific financial counseling, marketing strategy information, loans, grants and consultative support.
