Amend Unemployment Insurance Act – 1962

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Canadian Federation petition the Government of Canada for the amendment of the Unemployment Insurance Act in the following particulars:Section 22 (2) (b): amend to include the word sex” after “no discrimination of”.Section 30, 24 (2), 41 (1) and 77: to provide for the right of an appeal from the decision of an umpire to the courts.”
