Unemployment Insurance Fund – 1956

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Canadian Federation make representations again to the Prime Minister and to the Federal Minister of Labour urging rescinding Section 151, it being apparent that the Unemployment Insurance Commission can take the same action to protect the Unemployment Insurance Fund against unjust claims from married women that it takes with other categories of claimants.
