National Sales Tax on Goods and Services – 1988

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada:1. Commends the Government of Canada for the decision not to impose a tax on food; and2. Urges the Government of Canada to rescind its proposal to impose a tax on goods and services.
