Employment Equity – Numerical Goals – 1986

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada strongly urges the Government of Canada to make the necessary amendment to the Employment Equity Act to require the use of numerical goals and timetables to ensure against adverse employment effects.
