THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada establishes a special committee to examine federal legislation that is contrary to Section 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and lobby the federal government to amend the legislation prior to Section 15 coming into force;BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada encourages members and Clubs to examine provincial legislation that is contrary to Section 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and lobby provincial governments to amend the legislation prior to Section 15 coming into force.
