Establish Clinics for Sex Deviates – 1964

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT CFBPWC request the Government of Canada that clinics be established specifically for the treatment of known sex deviates, and in particular, that no offender with an established pattern of offenses of danger to society be released from constant authority until judged safe by a Board of competent psychiatrists; andFURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT the matter be referred to the Provincial Organization for presentation to their Provincial Governments.(See also Resolution 1948, Section 600.10)
