THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following be added to Regulation VIII, Section 1: g. In years in which the Canadian Federation Convention coincides with the International Federation Congress the two representatives on the Board of Directors of International Federation shall be the President and first Vice-President in office on April 30th of the same year.
