THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada ask the Federal Government, a) for the immediate formulation and implementation of a national policy of support for the provision, expansion and improvement of day care services in Canada, and b) make provision for them to become an integral part of a home help, day care service subject to the regulations, controls and incentives of other bona fide services.
