THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT BPW Canada petitions the Government of Canada to have benefits paid to orphans” as defined in Section 23, sub-section 4, from the father’s claim and the mother’s claim, and that Section 30, sub-section 7 be applied to “survivor’s pension” and not to “orphan’s pension”.”
